Afterschool Collaborative Studio
Class Description
Term: January 26– June 4 Time: 3:00–5:00 PM (Monday–Thursday) Monthly membership: $100/month The Afterschool Collaborative Studio is a space for students to come together, share ideas, and develop community-focused projects with their peers. Weekly meetings provide structure and guidance, while students are encouraged to take initiative, contribute their ideas, and shape the direction of projects. In this program, Mai facilitates the meetings and mentors students through the process of collaborative project development, helping them plan, experiment, and reflect. Students have access to the studio outside of meetings to continue work, research, and explore creative solutions. This space fosters teamwork, leadership, and the development of youth voice in meaningful, real-world contexts.
Cancellation Policy
Classes: - Cancel 7+ days before start → full refund or credit - Cancel under 7 days → 50% credit - No refunds/credits once the session begins Independent Study / Learning Studio: - Daily Passes: 24-hour notice for credit - 10-Day & Monthly Plans: Non-refundable; no carryover Afterschool Collaborative Studio: - Monthly fees are non-refundable once the month begins - Cancel anytime to stop next month’s billing General: - Refunds processed within 10 business days - Emergency exceptions considered case-by-case
